About BeRestart:
Restarts all system services in beos. An improvement of Rafael Romo's Great work.
BeRestart is a terminal application that allows you to kill all the system services and restart them, in effect it is a "soft" reboot. It also allows you control over individual system processes kill/start/restart any single process. It now includes a version to add to your desktop very simple to use double click and it works.

Details about this version:
- Can now return system info, your version of beos
- Processor/Kernel info these 2 were added in for fun
- Fixed the HUGE problem on the restart algorithm basically
it was shutting down the system in x seconds where x was your choice, now it shutsdown the system in x minutes as stated earlier sorry for these problems and i fixed the icons
