A quick port of the f2c program and associated libraries.
A quick port of the f2c program and associated libraries. f2c is a tool that translates Fortran-77 source code to C source code. If a true C compiler is available and a true Fortran compiler is not available; and if porting the Fortran source to C requires too much time and effort; then this tool will be useful.
