About BeSting:
BeSting is a musical instrument somewhat similar to a Theremin. Click anywhere in the window to start the sound. Moving left and right adjusts the pitch, while up and down controls volume. BeSting shows off the low-latency capabilities of BeOS. Make sure you have reatlime audio enabled in Preferences-Media-Audio Settings!

BeSting Pro is a synthesizer that can be played with the mouse or via MIDI. It was previously available as a commercial product, but is now free for all BeOS users.
Details about this version:
Right clicking in the Performance window now triggers a different waveform (timbre), kind of like the Demo version. Fading between the two waveforms is controlled by MIDI Breath controller.
