This is a latest version of cvs.
* WAHT'S NEW
When cvs remove empty module, I/O Error occured. This version
fixed this problem.
You can control write permission of repository over pserver.
Make 'wheels' in CVSROOT, and write user-list in it. If this file exist,
only listed user can write cvs repository over pserver.
This feature is usefull for single user systems, I think.
