About SMI Lynx Drivers - PreRelease:
These are the SMI Lynx drivers written by Daniel Berlin for my HP Pavillion N3290 Laptop. He asked me to zip up the files and post them until he has time to clean them up and submit a better driver, for those that just can't wait. Please email Dan for support/issues/etc.
Must be unzipped in /boot. Installs four files:
/boot/home/config/add-ons/kernel/drivers/bin/smi
/boot/home/config/add-ons/kernel/drivers/bin/digit
/boot/home/config/add-ons/kernel/drivers/dev/graphics/smi
/boot/home/config/add-ons/accelerants/smi.accelerant
I wasn't entirely sure if the digit file was needed, so I included it just in case. See the bottom of the page for the link to Dan's developer profile.
