About Radioactive Plugin for stampTV:
Radiation-like realtime video effect.
This is one of the most impressive plugins I ever saw. It creates a radiation-like effect around moving objects in realtime. Drop Radioactive.so in the Plugins folder inside the VideoPlugins folder from your stampTV installation. See stampTV documentation on how to enable/disable a plugin.
*WARNING*
Although the plugin core is entirelly in assembly, this plugin requires a lot of CPU power to be able to perform in an acceptable way. I recommend running stampTV at 320x240 in slow machines.
