About Spark Plugin for stampTV:
Adds sparks to moving objects.
This plugin draws sparks around moving objects. Something similar to the character Raiden from Mortal Combat. It's a really cool plugin and not as CPU intensive as the Radioactive one.
When you start the plugin a picture will be taken from the current video source as the background image, so to really see how cool it is, you must use a video camera, point it to somewhere where there are no moving objects, start the plugin and, then, move in front of the camera.

Details about this version:
First version. I will implement some way to reset the background image without having to disable the plugin and enable it again in future version.
