Compiler derived from the SmallEiffel compiler. It compiles programs written in the Eiffel language, but has some extensions to the language (for example an UNSIGNED type).

File_dump program which dumps files in hex and ascii, with the hex ordered from right to left for little endian machines (x86).

String replacement utility which replaces a string with another string in multiple files (for example: "replace_string foo bar *.c"). The old files are retained with a '~' appended and can be restored all at once using the file_restore program also included.

Also includes two simple programs (unix_to_dos and dos_to_unix) which converts all the new line characters in a file from a line feed (as in BeOS and Unix) to a carriage return-line feed pair (as in MS-DOS and Windows), and vice versa.
