About glib:
This is a port of glib-1.2.10 for BeOS.
GLib is a general library for writing C programs. It makes porting programs easier and add some convenient functions for the programmer to use. It is used by many X11 and other Unix programs.
This was a very simple port, only a few settings had to be tweaked. Sources can be retrieved from ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v1.2/.

Details about this version:
This is the first port of glib. The installer is only a shell script, but it works on at least three boxes that I have tried it on.
