About URL Handlers:
A preference front-end to the BeOS URL settings.
To set, for example, NetPenguin, as the handler of ftp:// URLs, you would normally go into FileTypes and look for the special type called "application/x-vnd.Be.URL.ftp". This front-end serves the same purpose, but with all the URL types presented in a simple preference panel without the irrelevant stuff.
