About USB MIDI driver:
Driver for the Evolution UC-16 USB MIDI controller and potentially other USB MIDI interfaces.
What it is:
This is a driver for the Evolution U-Control UC-16 USB MIDI Controller. See www.evolution.co.uk for more information about the device.
Compatibility:
So far I tested it only with the UC-16. The driver does not look for a certain vendor or product ID,. so it should detect any USB MIDI device and try to use it. This version supports only Control Change messages on the In port, but a almost complete MIDI implementation on the out port. Thus it could provide Midi out functionality on a few other USB MIDI interfaces. When you test it, please drop me a line wether it works with your device or not.
Future:
I would love to give that driver a full-featured MIDI in implementation. But since I don't have any USB MIDI interface besides the UC-16, I cannot test or write that right now. Donations are welcome ;-)
