About Intel EtherExpress PRO 100 (eepro100) PCI ID Patcher:
A Patcher program that allowes you to create a new eepro100 driver based on the original one with your own desired PCI ID!
This program allowes you to patch your eepro100 original driver to contain your own desired PCI ID for your ethernet adapter...
The old driver is not being changed.
Only a new changed one is created from the old one!
You cannot harm your system if you don't change the script and follow its instructions correctly!
Information is included in the README file!
Just start the PATCHER file after reading the README file to get started...
Info
------
- This does not work on Zeta RC2! They use a new driver there, which contains more PCI IDs by default (it also seems to be completly different) If your Card doesn't work there I can't do anything for you sorry :(
- It only works with Intel EtherExpress PRO 100 Cards! This means no NON-Pro, no PRO 1000 and so on... Also it doesn't work with all! I didn't write the driver so I don't know why! If it doesn't work I can't help you more with this, sorry. I can only tell you to upgrade to Zeta RC2 since they are using a newer driver which COULD work for you...
