About SpinRate:
This is a tiny tool for changing read speed of ATAPI CD-ROM drives.
Some years back, disks CD ROM were slow, and everyone searched for a way to speed up them; now, they are excessively fast, and it causes some problems.
Noise, vibration - a trouble modern disks.
On many disks, it is possible to establish speed of reading on value below than the maximal speed.
It does disk rotation more slowly, reducing mechanical noise.

Details about this version:
FIX. Did not restore speed after reboot.
FIX. Not correctly showed in the menu the current speed.
FIX. Not correctly defined maximal speed.
ADD. Manual editing of the speed-list.

If previous version of this program is already established,
before installation remove replicant from Deskbar and reload system or reload only Deskbar - type in the terminal so:
