About Cover Art Display Plugin for CL-Amp:
CL-Amp Plugin that displays a window showing an image file for the CD/Album cover art for the currently playing track. Wipe in/out effect as the current playing track changes.

How to install:

- Simply copy or move the vis_Cover_Art_Display_plugin to the CL-Amp/Plugins directory

How it works:
A path to an image file (of the CD/Album) is stored as an attribute of the media (e.g. mp3) file.

How to Use:
1. Go to the "Visual" tab of the CL-Amp Plugins window (right-click on the main CL-Amp window and choose Plugins-Show Window).

2. Highlight this line: "Cover Art Display Window by" and check the "Activate" check box.

3. An empty black window will appear.

4. Start playing any track in your playlist.

5. The window should now have a button labld "Associate Image".

6. Assuming you have your image file somewhere on your disks, you just have to use the file open dialog that you see now to select the image file to use for this track.

7. The Cover-Art window responds to all the same key presses as the Main CL-Amp window.

8. Right click on the window to bring up a preferences window. You can then change the associated image or scale / unscale the image. The default is "scaled" to 270x270 pixels to match the size of the CL-Amp windows. Uncheck the check box in the prefs window to display the images un-scaled (the actual-size image).

Note: if you have multiple tracks in the same folder from the same CD/album, you should check the checkbox "Use image for all tracks in Folder" to use the same image for all those tracks (instead of having to individually associate the same image file for each track).

Tip on getting image files from the web:
search google image search with strings like:
"{album} cover art"
"{artist} {album}"
