Its more interesting feature is the capabilty to resolve nearly all netpositive 'mailto' links.
But BeSend has other interesting capabilities.

- It can send emails through nearly all SMTP servers.
- It has its own mail transport protocol (it doesn't use the mail daemon).
- Supports 14 text encoding formats.
- You can configure as many mailservers as you need.
- BeSend can be used as a replicant into the tracker.
- Very good support of NetPositive 'mailto' links.
- It can recognize your system account at startup.
- It uses a very simple but powerful configuration system.
