About GLUT:
A popular 3-D toolkit for OpenGL programmers. Many programs in
OpenGL textbooks use this library so that the source code will
be portable to different platforms. With GLUT on BeOS you will
be able to compile and run these programs with no changes.
Includes full source code and many OpenGL demo programs.

Details about this version:
This is a beta version with a few fixes including the use of BDirectWindow for performance and major speed improvements for popup menus. This version hasn't been fully tested so there may be some rough edges.
I'll try to release a fully-tested version of this code shortly
after R5 is released and I have a chance to examine the changes
Be has made to the OpenGL library to support hardware-accelerated
OpenGL in a window.
