About Run:
Run is a utility similar to the 'Run' option in the start menu on Windows. It allows you to run a command line without opening up a full terminal. It also runs as an addon, so it can be used on files. Matt Brubeck originally wrote this for R3.
Run is especially useful for managing large groups of files. You can use Run to add or change on attribute on hundreds of files returned by query (for instance, adding mp3 tags to mp3s). Run is the only tool that I know of that allows this.

-Fixed bugs associated with special characters in the filename or command line
-Changed variable from '$1' to '$FILE'
-The filename in $FILE is now quoted, so you don't have to quote it when using Run
