Version 1.1.1
 License:   Freeware
 Updated:   October 26, 2002
 Source:   Source Not Available
bugfix release:
- FIXED: now warning hint closes after moving mouse pointer over it.
- FIXED: Audio CD is again (as in 1.0 :) correctly recognized as readonly (BeOS recognizes it wrongly, so i had to hardcode it).
- FIXED: Sometimes Hint didn't show up on first volume.
- FIXED: When Hint had the same size for different partitions it wasn't updated.
- FIXED: Now Hint will move to front after each update, so it will not hide under deskbar ;]
- FIXED: When in horizontal bar mode, and freespace changed on currently monitored volume, and part/whole SVM view was covered SVM "dissappeared" (for example: copying to /boot, and opening BeOS menu so it covers replicants. than after few seconds - so percent change and SVM calls redraw - close menu). THX Jess for bug report.
- REMOVED: PPC version - didn't work.

Update (2003-05-03):
- PPC version now available THX to Brian Francis (brianf68 at pacbell.net)! Sorry for long time before i posted it (i got ppc version from Brian few days after x86 release :) - i was sure i will finish new version soon all that time.

  • ADDED: fading colors (requested by Konrad)
  • ADDED: header item with columns (free space, occupied space and capacity) which can be turned on or off in "Volumes" submenu (Procton requested for freespace instead of occupied)
  • FIXED: volumes "sniffing" code was rewritten, so now it should work with everything (some people had problems with NTFS & SVM showed only /boot on Konrad's computer)
  • CHANGED: Now SVM doesn't "scroll" to first device after mount/unmount, it still shows device set as first (or only in horizontal bar mode). Unless unmounted device was the one selected as first of course :)
  • ADDED submenus "Bars" and "Hints"
  • CHANGED: "Show removable..", "Draw horizontal.." and "Draw name.." to "Bars" submenu
  • CHANGED: "Show hints" moved to "Hints" submenu
  • ADDED: Hint can additionally show percent of occupied or freespace now
  • CHANGED: settings file is called "shard_svm_settings" now. Please delete old settings file (/boot/home/config/settings/shard_vm_settings) since it's not needed anymore.
  • NEW cross-compiled version for PPC available. Note: TOTALLY UNTESTED!! so it may not work... :(
