BeBits and BeNews partner up |

The BeBits team is happy to announce that we've just partnered with the swell folks over at BeNews. As of now, the Software Updates section on BeNews is handled through us. What this means to all of you developers is that when you submit your applications, they will automatically get some great exposure on a major BeOS news site! No more submitting twice to tell everyone about your software.
Also, the BeNews partnership will enable another feature that many of our users have been asking for: a commenting system, allowing you to discuss the applications on BeBits. (This system should be finished within a few hours.) It will provide a place for users to provide tips and tricks about a given application, and in time it will become a valuable resource for BeOS users.
To wrap this all up, we believe this partnership will provide some great benefits to the users of both sites. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to e-mail us and we'll get you all fixed up. Thanks for using BeBits!
