It seems for some time there was a bug related to the recent server move which prevented email from being sent for things like password resets. This should be fixed now. We're sorry this took so long, but this is what happens when dealing with a code base that evolved organically over something like 6 years, 3 or 4 servers, and several versions of Perl and PHP. :-)
Today there was a strange database anomaly which so far is unexplained. For some unknown reason the table which stores the talkback comments corrupted itself. Luckily it doesn't appear that any other tables were affected and the talkback comments were restored from last night's database backup. However, this means that comments posted between the last backup and the time when the table failed today have been lost. We apologize for this and are still trying to figure out what happened and why. Hopefully this is not an indication of some kind of pending hardware failure - especially since we're using all new stuff!
