The graphics and animation are very nice, however this game does not implement the true ColorLines rules. Under the traditional rules, a ball must have an unobscured path from where it is, to where it's going; in BeLines balls are able to jump to any open space on the board. Furthermore, BeLines shows the player the next three balls - both the colors and where each of them will appear on the board. Traditional implementations will only show the next three colors, but not where they will be placed; it provides more of a feeling of getting screwwed over when the next ball is placed where you didn't want it and didn't expect it.
