I have grand plans for expandability, this being the tiniest element in a quest for bandwidth control and download ... But realistically, I'm pretty lazy and have uni and work. Netlimiter looks interesting, maybe I can steal some ideas ...

Too bad it's dependent on the ISP but better then having netlimiter on windows and one on each OS.
